- Account & Customer Responsibilities / অ্যাকাউন্ট ও গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব

- Customers must provide accurate personal information including name, phone number, and delivery address.
- Tex World Fashion is not responsible for problems caused by incorrect information.
- Customers are responsible for receiving calls from courier services and checking products upon delivery.
Bangla:
- গ্রাহককে সঠিক নাম, ফোন নম্বর এবং ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা প্রদান করতে হবে।
- ভুল তথ্যের কারণে কোনো সমস্যা হলে Tex World Fashion দায়ী নয়।
- গ্রাহক কুরিয়ার কল রিসিভ করা ও ডেলিভারি সময় পণ্য পরীক্ষা করার জন্য দায়িত্বশীল।
- Pricing & Payment / মূল্য ও পেমেন্ট
English:
- All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently the only accepted payment method.
- Delivery charges:
- Inside Dhaka: 80 Tk
- Outside Dhaka: 150 Tk
- Prices may change without prior notice.
Bangla:
- সব পণ্যের মূল্য বাংলাদেশী টাকা (BDT)-এ।
- পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি: ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD)
- ডেলিভারি চার্জ:
- ঢাকার ভিতরে: ৮০ টাকা
- ঢাকার বাইরে: ১৫০ টাকা
- মূল্য পূর্বনোটিশ ছাড়া পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
- Order Confirmation / অর্ডার কনফার্মেশন
English:
- Orders must be confirmed via phone, SMS, or Facebook inbox before shipment.
- Unconfirmed or fake orders may be canceled without notice.
Bangla:
- অর্ডার শিপমেন্টের আগে ফোন, SMS বা ফেসবুক ইনবক্সে কনফার্ম করতে হবে।
- কনফার্ম করা বা মজা/ফেইক অর্ডার পূর্বনোটিশ ছাড়া বাতিল করা হতে পারে।
- Shipping & Delivery / শিপিং ও ডেলিভারি
English:
- Delivery times:
- Inside Dhaka: 2–4 working days
- Outside Dhaka: 3–7 working days
- Tex World Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by courier service, weather, strikes, or incorrect addresses.
- If a parcel is returned due to customer failure to receive, redelivery will require additional charges.
Bangla:
- ডেলিভারি সময়:
- ঢাকার ভিতরে: ২–৪ কার্যদিবস
- ঢাকার বাইরে: ৩–৭ কার্যদিবস
- কুরিয়ার, আবহাওয়া, ধর্মঘট বা ভুল ঠিকানার কারণে ডেলিভারির দেরির জন্য Tex World Fashion দায়ী নয়।
- গ্রাহকের কারণে পার্সেল রিটার্ন হলে পুনরায় ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে।
- Product Information / পণ্যের তথ্য
English:
- We strive to provide accurate images and descriptions.
- Slight color differences may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
- Size measurements may vary by 1–2 inches due to manual measurement.
Bangla:
- পণ্যের ছবি ও বিবরণ সঠিকভাবে প্রদর্শনের চেষ্টা করা হয়।
- আলো বা স্ক্রিন সেটিংসের কারণে রঙে সামান্য পার্থক্য হতে পারে।
- হাতে মাপার কারণে সাইজে ১–২ ইঞ্চি ভিন্নতা থাকতে পারে।
- Return & Refund / রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড
English:
- Returns are accepted only as per our official Return & Refund Policy.
- Refunds are processed after verification and approval.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Bangla:
- রিটার্ন শুধুমাত্র আমাদের Return & Refund Policy অনুযায়ী গ্রহণযোগ্য।
- যাচাই ও অনুমোদনের পরে রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হয়।
- ডেলিভারি চার্জ ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
